Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging with all tags and seals intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from damage not caused by shipping

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes, skincare, makeup, or haircare products
  • Products without original packaging or tamper seals
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products damaged due to misuse

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email sales@amyscent.com or call (659) 298-1560 to request a return authorization
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label
  3. Pack Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging
  4. Ship Your Return: Attach the provided return label and ship within 7 days of receiving authorization

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect items sent by us
  • Same product in a different size/shade (subject to availability)

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days after processing
  • Exchanges are shipped within 2-3 business days after processing

International Returns (Canada)

Canadian customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Any customs or duties fees incurred during the return process
  • Properly declaring the returned merchandise to customs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damaged/incorrect item
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs
