Return & Refund Questions
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Items must have all seals and tags intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
We offer exchanges for damaged/defective items or if we sent the wrong product. For different shades or sizes, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
